Available in corrugated board or cartonboard, plain or printed.

There are many styles or shapes to choose from.

A "knife" or die forme is required to cut out the shape of the carton. They are not cheap and can cost several hundred to thousands of dollars. The knife is usually made before production starts and Die Cuts can take longer to make.

First order is usually a minumum of 10 working days.

Repeat orders can be 5 to 10 working days, depending on the style of knife.
